The website and all public product descriptions are provided for informational and marketing purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, legal advice, trading advice, or an offer to provide services on any specific terms.
3. No guaranteed benchmark or latency outcome
Public descriptions of placement logic, host tuning, route design, or benchmark methodology do not guarantee a particular performance result. Actual benchmark outcomes depend on the target exchange, route, instance availability, workload profile, deployment constraints, and measured conditions at the time of evaluation.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the website, probe it maliciously, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not submit knowingly false, misleading, or harmful operational information.
- Do not copy or republish sensitive benchmark materials that are shared privately without permission.
5. Intellectual property
The website content, copy, visual design, and public product materials are owned by HFTCloud or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or distribute them beyond reasonable internal evaluation without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HFTCloud is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the public website or reliance on public-facing materials. Specific liability, service levels, and remedies belong in the relevant commercial agreement.
8. Governing framework
Where a separate commercial agreement exists, that agreement governs. Otherwise, these public website terms apply only to general site use and do not create a service commitment, support obligation, or trading performance guarantee.
